More Church Fundraiser Raffle Rules
This page is the primary source for the active raffle's rules, drawing details, eligibility, prize transfer process, and fundraiser language. Purchase happens in the More Church store, and the rest of the raffle flow is managed here on raffle.more.church.
Welcome
More Church is delighted to offer this raffle as part of the 2026 Kids and Youth Camp fundraiser. Every ticket purchased helps support camp experiences for kids and youth while giving participants a chance to win the current featured prize.
Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
- Participants are responsible for confirming they may lawfully enter and receive the current featured prize in their own state or jurisdiction.
- The name on the winning ticket must match the winner's identification.
- For restricted prizes, any winner must satisfy all applicable age, identity, background check, and transfer requirements before the prize can be claimed.
Entries
- Each raffle ticket purchased counts as one entry.
- Raffle tickets are purchased through the More Church Shopify store.
- The current raffle is capped at 250 total spots.
- Tickets are sold as fundraiser raffle entries and are non-transferable unless More Church publishes a campaign-specific exception in writing.
- The purchaser contact information supplied at checkout is the information More Church will use for winner notification.
Drawing and Notification
- The drawing is scheduled for Saturday, April 25, 2026, after the Men's Shoot Out, and results will be posted at 5:00 PM CT.
- Winners will be chosen randomly using Raffly's random picker to keep the drawing fair and transparent.
- Winners will be contacted by email within 24 hours using the purchaser information supplied at checkout.
- Presence at the drawing is not required to win unless More Church publishes a campaign-specific exception in writing.
Pickup and Transfer
- Prize details and campaign-specific pickup instructions are published on the featured prize page.
- Restricted items must be transferred through a lawful Federal Firearms License holder or other legally required process.
- Any required background check must be completed successfully before a restricted item can be transferred to the winner.
- If a winner chooses to use a personal FFL, that winner is responsible for any dealer transfer fees.
- Firearms are not shipped directly to winners and must be transferred in compliance with federal, state, and local law.
- If a selected winner cannot legally receive the prize, More Church may redraw or follow an alternate winner process consistent with the campaign rules and applicable law.
Texas Raffle Compliance
This raffle is being conducted under the Texas Charitable Raffle Enabling Act. More Church states that it qualifies as a religious society under that Act, and this raffle is intended to be one of its allowable events for the year. Prizes consist of physical items, ticket sales are treated as exempt from sales tax, and raffle proceeds are intended to support the 2026 Kids and Youth Camp fundraiser.
